For awhile now I have been having this fishy odor from my private area. Also, whenever my menstrual cycle ends, I always have this odor coming from my private area. It smells like garbage or poop. I just want to know what it is and if I need to go to my gynecologist or can I treat this at home?

Its vaginal infection most likely bacterial vaginosis, will advice u to visit Gynaecologist once and get vaginal high swab culture done
