Hello dear doctors 😊 hope everyone is doing well. Wanted to know, What's the best vaccine Covishield, covaxin, sputnik and pfizer for the best Result ?
Any vaccine amongst the available ones can be taken with minimal risk. All the vaccines available in India currently have comparable efficacy and similar side effect profile.
No vaccine does fully prevent infection by the COVID-19 virus. However all of them drastically reduce the chances of severe life threatening consequences and death due to COVID-19. This has been proved by several studies, both in India and abroad.
The benefits outweigh the risk of the vaccine, according to the latest ICMR guidelines.
Next Steps
Go for whichever vaccine is available at a convenient location near you. There is no timeline on the availability of Moderna and Pfizer vaccines in India and they are unlikely to be available in India in the near future. It is not advisable to remain unvaccinated just to wait for these vaccines.

In. Current situation whichever vaccine available u take it....better to take indian vaccine because it's been tested on Indians and our genetic makeup is different from Europeans and Americans and Russian and these other vaccine are tested on foreigners...
