Hi Doctor My baby is 2.5 months old. Due to unavoidable circumstances of covid -19, we have delayed 10 weeks  vaccination of baby by 21 days. Is it fine to give vaccine with 21 days delay. Vaccine - Dtwp, IPV, HIV2, Rotavirus

Yes, continue with vaccination. But try to be on time especially in first year of age. Vaccination is itself a priority in these tough times.

The first 6months of vaccination is better given without delay.. But if circumstances are unavoidable the catch up vaccine can be given a few weeks later too.. Get in touch with a paediatrician and fix up an appointment to avoid crowds and administer the vaccine without further delay..
