On Monday vaccine was given to my son, till Saturday he was ok but by evening he started crying. I am applying ice also but he stop crying only after giving syrup ibugesic plus, feeling worried when he will feel ok and how long I will give medicine to reduce his pain request your thought.

Hello,you can give ibugesic syrup thrice a day for 2 days , also keep applying ice pack 2 times in a day .swelling will decrease within 3-4 days.if there is no fever no need to worry.if it still not resolves then consult your local paediatrician so that swelling can be examined.
