My kids is 10.6 years old. In the vaccination chart there are 2 vaccines given for 10 years. TDAP and HPV. Are both the vaccination are mandatory ? There won't be any side effect right if taken. Just wants to confirm..

Yes, both vaccines are important. Your child has received TDaP earlier, so this acts as a booster. HPV vaccine is safe—give 2 doses if started before 14 years; after that, 3 doses are needed.
