My son was administered pneumococcal vaccination at 6 weeks painless and developed mild fever after two days.Is this normal?

Pneumococcal vaccine generally does not cause fever and rarely after 48 hours, though literature does state it as a mild after effect. Pentavalent or hexavalent vaccine given along with it might have resulted some rise of temperature. But it rarely happens beyond 48 hours.
