Vaccination

My Paedetrician has suggested to take one single shot of typhoid at 9 months for my 3.5 month old baby. So is it advisable to take the same or should I go ahead with 2 shots one at 6 months and other at 9 months. Also are vaccination shots tendered on thighs nowadays as when we were young we got the shots on our biceps

Taking one shot is better (just reduces the number of injections). Provides the same coverage. And yes they are given in the thighs, more muscle mass there and easier to administer correctly. Less chances of wrong injection site for vaccination. For any further doubts, kindly book an online consultation with me. You can check out my Instagram page @drbabymum for helpful tips ! Take care!
