Hi...My baby is due for MMR vaccine dosage 1 on 3rd April 2020.He will be entering into his 11th month by 3rd May.We couldn't take him to the PHC for vaccination due to lockdown.But i am worried now.I have called the PHC and we were asked to visit them on this wednesday for vaccination.I am very much bothered to take my baby outside during this panic situation.At the same time worried of his vaccination.How safe is this time to take my baby to PHC as many medical professionals also getting tested positive. Can i postpone this vaccination.If yes by how many days...plz advise me...

It is not advisable to delay the vaccination any further.
Try going when it is less crowded, if possible.
Wear a mask before entering. Try not to touch anything. Ideally only one attendant should be with the baby.
Try not to touch anything at the PHC. If they vaccinate on a bed, You can carry a cloth to keep your baby on, so that the surface doesn't come directly in contact with him.
Carry a change of clothes for him. You can change him on the way back.
Give him a bath as soon as you reach home.
