You should take pcm twice in day (if without fever case). You should maintain proper diet.

There is No need to take vitamin D or vitamin tablets after covid vaccination. Sometimes fever persist little longer then expected. So you can take Tab Paracetamol 650mg 1 tab sos if you feel fever or bodyache for another day. In case fever or bodyache persists longer then that, then you should consult your physician.
Next Steps
wait for 1 day and till that take paracetamol 1 tab  every 8 hourly.
Health Tips
do not start taking antibiotics or other medication of problem persists.
