Hello, I have a query related to my 4 months old baby, his vaccination was due on 16th march of this month for Dtwp3 and pcv2, due to lock down I spoke to his doctor where he advised me to wait till 31st march but now govt has announced the lock down period till 14th april. Please advice what should be done on this situation? And my 2.5 year old daughter has just started mild coughing should I give her maxtra or any other syrup please suggest? Regards, Neena

Regarding your Queries 1. Your 4 month old baby can be delayed vaccination, that should not do any harm as according to cdc guidelines distant between primary vaccines can be upto 8weeks a part. So no issue u have time till bay is 5-1/2 to 6 months. 2. Your elder kid if she is coughing . Teach he/her cough etiquette and continue a minimal cough suppressant . Syp.Alex Junior 2.5ml thrice a day for 3-5 day. In case intensity of cough increases . Pls get back.
Next Steps
Please make sure u keep ur elder kid hydrated adequately
