I have been getting rashes like welts or hives since past 8months on my complete body its burns on the skin and itches also.

Your are probably suffering from chronic urticaria. If treated properly and there is good compliance by the patient, the hives can be controlled. Please consult me or a nearby dermatologist for treatment.
