My wife has been dealing with a urinary tract infection (UTI) for the past two days, and urine culture report indicates the following: Organisms: Citrobacter koseri Clinical Count: > 10^5 CFU/ml (significant) we consulted a urologist, who suggested to take Niftawin SR tablets for 21 days, along with cranberry extract tablets. Additionally, we have been trying to conceive for the past two months, and she already passed her ovulation period this cycle. Could you please advise if it is safe to take Niftawin SR while trying to conceive?
