Uti medicine during pregnancy

I am 3 months pregnant and have UTI. My doctor has prescribed me Martifur and Pan 40 tablets. I have a doubt , when to take pan40 tablet? Should it be taken on empty stomach or after meal? My doctor didn't tell how to take these.

Pan 40 to be taken empty stomach, Martifur is a good medication to be used during pregnancy. It can be taken after food.
