I suffer from uti and yeast infection at the same time ,what can I do doctor apart from medicines what food should I take much and which one should I avoid

Try to have plenty of fluids, cran berry juice helps in urinary tract infection. For yeast infection nothing much..tk a vaginal pribiotic medications Get your blood sugars checked too
