I am suffering from urethra irritation and frequent urination and i had a whole abdomen ultrasound with a urine routine test, my abdomen ultrasound showed grade 2 fatty liver infiltration and urine routine is normal as in no bacteria ( I am suffering from. Pcos also), what could be the reason for my urethra irritation and frequent urination?
