Sympotms: 1) HEAVY BLEEDING Every 20 days -2 DAYS SPOTTING -7 DAYS CONTINUOUS BLEEDING 2)PAIN NEAR VAGINA Following are the measurements of uterus examination by Sonography Endometrium thickness-1.8cm Endometrium polic-1.2×1.0cm Uterus thickness-8.0×5.7×4.7cm Doctor has suggested for uterus removal.Is it necessary? Can it be treated without surgery? What are the options? If surgery is required, What are the new techniques and cost and with minimal side effects?
