My mom is diagnosed with bulky uterus with multiple uterine fibroid...what is it and how to deal with it and there is no serious issue

Multiple fibroids causes abnormal heavy bleeding.. If no symptoms are there then it depends on endometrial thickness , medications cn be tried.. However if symptoms are present surgical removal s indicated after a biopsy
