Impression : Uterus bulky. Uterus is seen anteverted and is bulky in size and normal in outline and echo pattern. Mid line echo is seen normal - 8.0 mm. No definite focal parenchymal lesion is seen. Uterine cavity is seen empty. Uterus measures 85x40x54 mm.
