  4. Uterine PI. 6 is it concerning?

I am in 13th week of pregnancy. Did NT Scan today. Everything is normal however Right Uterine PI is 1.4 Left Uterine PI is 2.6 Is it concerning? I am already using ecosprin 75 daily. I had preterm birth previously due to incompetent cervix. I am already worried in this pregnancy
