I am 32 year old working woman, I have fibroid since my since 2009 & my family is complete. just wanted your suggestion is removal of uterus can help me to come out from this problem. facing heavy periods since last three years. Uterus has multiple fibroid & largest is 10X6.7 Cm. require suggestion on which way to be followed 1) laparoscopy or 2) uterus removal. Please guide

Hi, removal of uterus is indicated in your case. You should keep the ovaries. Recovery in Laparoscopy method is faster. Alternative is removal of fibroids only by laparoscopy as you are in your thirties only. I advise you to have frank discussion with your Gynaecologist
