Uterine fibroids and bulky liver
I got periods on the gap of 10days with normal bleeding and I done ultrasonography then I came to know that there are two fibroids of size 54*42 and 23*20 with bulky uterus and mild hepatomegaly and grade 1 fatty liver what should I do for uterine fibroids will surgery will be good or in how much time should we do??

Surgical management is the definitive treatment for uterine fibroids.. but if have no symptoms of that like heavy menstrual bleeding and if ur around the age of menopause u can wait and watch about the symptoms and meanwhile get an ultrasound every 6mnths to know the size of fibroids
If there are symptoms regarding menstruation then surgery is the treatment of choice
