Using Walker after complete bed rest

Hi Doctor, I'm 34 weeks pregnant and was on complete bed rest for 12 weeks after emergency cervical cerclage in 22nd week of pregnancy.  I was not allowed to sit or stand for these 12 weeks. My doctor has now allowed me to walk a bit but my legs and back muscles are very weak now. Can I use walker for my support? Does it put pressure on abdomen? Is it safe for me and baby?
