I took Tayo 60K in July and August 2017. One tablet a week. I am feeling weak and tired and feeling sleepy during the day time. Can I take Tayo 60k again now?

Well.that tablet is a calcium supplement...I would suggest you to meet a physician and get yourself examined first .. Generally we prescribe the supplements fur 4 weeks and to be taken once a week...Hope you understand...Thank you
