Using Lonopin Injection daily

Hi, I am 7 weeks pregnant and had a miscarriage 6 months back. Doctor got few tests done and found weak presence of LA. Now she has suggested Lonopin injections daily for 9 months with aspirin. My utlrasound was ok with single live fetus. Is it necessary to take the injection daily if everything is normal this time. I have read that it has lot of side effects so i am really concerned. Please help
