Hello,
The symptoms you've described are classical of what is described as "computer vision syndrome".
That being said, the treatment will be to reduce your computer use as much as possible, adopt "eye friendly computer use patterns" like blinking more frequently, look at the screen from a downward & angled gaze. The symptoms should reduce with these measures.
In case they don't, you will need to be put on a graded regimen of treatment starting with lubricant eyedrops, most of which contain 0.5% carboxymethylcellolose acetate. There of course are other treatments which are to be used in unresponsive cases.
The simple use of eyedrops without proper habits of computer use & without grading the severity of your dryness will not help.
Itone is an ayurvedic preparation, allopathic doctors will not be able to suggest its use.
Health Tips
Blink more frequently, look at the screen from a downward & angled gaze. Sit erect & don't go any closer to the computer than you need to.
