I had my periods on 20th October which continued for 6 days on 9th day I had intercourse and consumed ipill within 48 hours.. On 6th November I had bleeding and did a urine test which was negative. The bleeding continued for 4 days and then I had a Usg.. The report is attached here.. I cant understand it.. Am I pregnant?

In scan no pregnancy.If still you have doubt get done Bhcg .It is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist or me through practo online.
