USG report / am I pregnant?

I have attached my usg report. Please check the report. Is there any problem? Is there any pregnancy?? I have tested beta HCG urine test. Beta HCG report shows 0.36 miu/ml. And after taking regestrone 5mg , twice a day for 7 days, I got my period within 4 days of completing regestrone 5mg. Is there any further chance of pregnancy?

As you have got bleeding there's no chance of pregnancy but you have PCOD as per this report. Maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet to keep the symptoms in control.
