Usg pcos delay periods , pregnancy

Can USG (lower abdomen) detect pregnancy after 3 weeks. My beta HCG value has been less than 1. Intercourse date was 18 april. The test was done on 13 may. USG was done on 16 May. Last period was the 5th of march. Have not got periods so far . USG report detected pcos. Possible delay is due to pcos I hope and not pregnancy. Please respond
