Usg breast

I have 2 small lumps in both the breasts each. Its there in the upper quadrant towards the armpit. Its movable.. and both the lumps are in the same place exactly in each breast. They are not visible and also sometimes mix up with the normal breast tissue. Also my right breast is a bit larger than the left as the nipple on the left breast is slightly placed on the upper sider than the right. Went to a gyanecologist for clinical examination, she said its like fibroadenosis maybe and suggested USG scan both breasts. I did that and the reports came out to be absolutely normal. No lesion found. What could it be? Should I go for another USG scan again? Or are these normal hormonal changes and will go away on their own? I have mild PCOD (bilateral) and irregular period problem. Thyroid, prolactin, sugar normal. Please suggest.
