USG abdominal scan result - need help

I have a regular 30day cycle throughout. Last period alone came early in 26days with less bleeding and I took USG this cycle - Thickened endometrial cavity measuring 16mm taken on CD14. Is it really thick provided I will ovulate on CD15 - I couldn't get the optimal values. Kindly help. Can anyone help me with this result ?
