Use of mifepristone and misoprostol

I am almost five week pregnant and am told to take one mifepristone pill orally after breakfast, and on the second day to take two misoprostol pills orally after breakfast, and two pills again orally after lunch. What is the right way to orally take the pill, what will be the difference between orally and vaginally taking pills? On empty stomach?
