Use of lancet needle

Basically i accidentally used same home diabetes lancet needle twice on different people, i totally forgot about changing it after using it on another person before using it myself, do I need to worry about catching a blood borne ( fluid borne disease) from it , please answer ( question from my friend btw)

Hope person is not suffering from disease like hepatitis b and hiv, where needle has been used first.
