Sir.. I am 32 year old man.. I have been using minoxidil for 4 to 5 years... Now i want to use derma roller along with minoxidil at home only.. So what should be the size of derma roller and what should be the frequency of application.. Plz guide. Thank you

Hi. U need to do it very carefully maintaining hygiene and some degree of disinfection since using a dermaroller involves needles. Yes,  you could also do well with PRP therapy.  But would want to see ur photos and current stage of balding that would help me opine further.  You could consult online or kindly see a qualified dermatologist near you.
