Hello, My doctor has advised me to have predmet 16mg twice a day for skin allergy. I'm also having atarax 25 mg and bularid L 40. Is it safe to have 32 mg of predmet steroid per day with my normal life style like going to the office, excise,play? I need a second opinion here.

Dose of steroids depends on skin conditions. Always monitor steroid dose and duration under proper doctor's guidance. U need proper consultation to assess the condition and tapering of steroid dose
