Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You can take a tab. Allegra twice a day after food for 5 days. for yr itching problems take combination of tab Montelukast n levocetirizine,1 tab twice a day also tak any D worm tablet like Zentel 400mg once a day it shud be chewed n not swallow. repeat after a wk or so this tablet
