I have started developing rashes all over my body. They itch a lot and become reddish. This happened in last reading season as well. Dr said it's urticaria. In winters it improved. Now it has started again. Please suggest what should I do??

Hi this uriticaria if it's autoimmune where in antibodies are produced in your body against own cells results in all these reactions... you wil have to take long term anti histamines ..
