Sir I was tension about my one problem is that wherever I myself travel in any bus ,at some movement my mind convert that from my penis Sperm will come out. As well as sometimes it come out also.At that time if I get down from vehicles and goes to toilet than it become ok .what types of disease. I have consult with urologist and tested all but never find any problems. So pleased advice me Thanking you
