I had prostate surgery past 7 years and had LIH Hernia surgery past 4 years. After prostate surgery I was quite well for one year, but after one year, since past 6 years I am suffering from frequent urination and trouble and pain in urination . Frequent latrine urge , I am also suffering from hernia RIH past two years. I had to go to urination for about 60 to 70 times a day, some times 100 times a day. And for toilet 10 times a day. urination only about 20 ml .Small bladder with bilateral fur
Time to evaluate your lower urinary tract. we need to rule out a stricture or a bladder neck contracture before diagnosis of small capacity bladder. If your imaging showed features of small capacity bladder then tuberculosis had to be ruled out. Ideally a cystoscopy examination would be the one needed to make a diagnosis. Right inguinal hernia has occurred due to straining due to obstruction. See a Urologist nearby at the earliest
