Recurrent urinary tract infection in elderly age group is not uncommon. Get full clinical evaluation done by a urologist to look for  any additional causative factors . Like meatal stenosis, cystocele, bladder dysfunction etc. Get culture and sensitivity test done to know the causative bacteria for urinary tract infection and sensitive drug
