I have attached my routine urine analysis and urine culture and sensitivity test report. Am I okay. Am I free now stds and other all types of infections. Please go through and answer me.

Urine Routine and Culture rules out UTI. But u need thorough investigations for STD evaluation.  Need to know more details of history. Kindly consult for a detail explanation and Treatment
