Dear Sir/Mam, My 2 years old nephews URINE TEST REPORT says(Microscopic) 1. PUS cell : PLENTY 2. Epithelial cell : 1-2/HPF 3. Bacteria : PRESENT And HAEMATOLOGY TEST REPORT says 1. ESR(wintrobe) : H 50mm 2. Total WBC COUNT : 22800 What does this mean? For your reference I have attached photos of reports along with this post. You can also go through these reports. Please help me to diagnose this problem.

Reports suggesting...infection in childs urinary tract system... Need further investigations like URINE CULTURE Sensitivity and Ultra sound scan to rule out kidney involvement and congenital malformation Needs to get admit and start IV antibiotics
