Urine shows 8-10 pus cells and bacteria

I got a urine test done and it shows 8-10 pus cells, 1-2 epithelial cells and a + sign next to bacteria. Ph is 7.5 and specific gravity is 1.03. What does this plus sign indicate? How do I get this fixed? How to avoid this in future. I am currently 3 months pregnant
