It is absolutely normal for infants to have slightly decreased urine output in summers due to added sweating. But, still it's very important to monitor weight. However, just make sure that you are measuring urine output for 24 hrs complete (i.e., day and night). If at any point urine decreases further and/or significant weight loss becomes evident(>10%) then we might need to investigate and intervene appropriately. But as of now, continue with frequent feeding atleast 2-3 hrly and look out for warning signs.
