Blood in urine when associated with pain can be because of stone causing obstruction to the tract or can be secondary to infection. First and fore most get a USG scan of abdomen and urine routine. If the pain is constant and stays at the same site it may be infection related or if it radiates to groin from the back it can be because of a stone which is usually intermittent squeezing pain
