Hi, My wife having problem since today morning. She feel/urge for urine but not come out while she trying. Also, she feel some pimple inside her vagina but not itching due to this. She also feel cold. Please assist us.

It is a medical EMERGENCY. She may need catheterization to help her pass urine. Immediately take her to emergency.

Sounds like a urine infection. Pimple inside vagina needs to be seen by a doctor nearby
