Urine issue

My mother is dealing with a very difficult problem. Whenever she feels even a slight urge to urinate, the pressure becomes extremely intense within just 5 to 6 seconds. It escalates so quickly that she doesn't have enough time to reach the bathroom, and she ends up passing urine before she can get there.please suggest some treatment
