Urine infection

My wife, aged 31, experienced urinary pain and stomach pain about one month ago. We conducted a urine routine test and noticed the presence of pus cells. The doctor prescribed Niftas 100 mg tablets on November 19th 2023. After completing the medication, we performed a urine culture test, which still showed traces of bacteria, specifically Staphylococcus haemolyticus. The doctor then prescribed another medication, Linezolid 600 mg, for a week in December. After completing this course, my wife felt better, so we did not pursue further examinations. However, for the past five days, my wife has been experiencing the same symptoms again. Today, we conducted another urine culture test, which revealed 6 to 8 pus cells and 10-12 epithelial cells, with other values being normal. Is the UTI not cleared yet, or is this normal? Please suggest what further steps to take. we have not active sexually after first uti noticed.

There must be a reason why she is repeatedly getting urine infection. 1. Ask her to drink 3-4 litres water every day. 2 hygiene , changing undergarments everyday.  3 you need to get an ultrasound done. 4. Post intercourse hygiene to be maintained.
