My son age is 7 years , he is suffering from Urine infection since 16th January , urine routine, , culture,ultrasound done and found infection

If culture also has come positive then use the antibiotics for 2 weeks at least as prescribed by your pediatrician. You have to repeat urine culture after completing antibiotic course. and he may require USG andomen and MCUG for further evaluation.
