I have urine infection where pus cells are 30-35/hpf and epithelial cells 7-8/hpf. Can this be a reason why I am having pain at my back beside the obliques? I have this slight pain just above the hips and beside my obliques. it's not bery painful but constant.

Yes might be Usg abdomen and pelvis with postvoid residue to rule out stone or kid ey infection
