Unexplained - only fever in an infant can point at other underlying diseases. Get USG KUB done. Vesico ureteric reflux is quite common in unexplained UTI

How can we get its related to urine infection...please attach urine examination report. cRp is slightly raised, not to give antibiotics, can wait and watch, give plenty of fluids... Antibiotics only if associated symptoms like fever with shivering and burning micturition etc. seen. Cam wait and watch... Write exact course of illness with brief history, we can't comment on antibiotics verbally.
Next Steps
plenty of fluids orally, maintain hygeine, both oral and genitals
Health Tips
send urine routine and culture
